Throughout the course of the exhibit we will hold a regular draw at the clinic, from the names of our interested clients, for Free Admission tickets.

We will have available a number of coupons for Discounted Admission as well.

English Express newsletter

Not an event but a publication intended for adults improving their English reading skills.

It is produced and distributed by Alberta Advanced Education and Technology who send copies to educational programs for adults, libraries, and agencies in Alberta and the Territories.

If you happen to see the April 2008 issue, yes that is our very own Arne "fixing Mike's ankle" as part of the series on interacting with health care professionals.

Regularly Scheduled Classes

Healthy Breathing / Buteyko Breath Re-training classes run third full week of the month, therefore start dates are: June 16, July 21 and August 18 at Acadia Physical Therapy 7:30 p.m.

FELDENKRAIS Movement Improvement classes are Wednesdays at noon and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. Let us know ahead of time if you wish to register, especially for the Wednesday noon sessions. People keep asking for this, but enrollment has not yet justified doing it. There may be a short series after this, before Summer starts in earnest - let us know if you are interested.

Sounder Sleep Experiences are offered the second Sunday of the month, therefore upcoming dates would be: June 8, July 13 and August 10 - at Acadia Physical Therapy 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Improve Your Golf Swing - From the Inside Out is an occasional offering. It has been well-received by those who have done it, and there has been noticeable difference in smoothness and grace in participants.

It is a one-day Feldenkrais based workshop, therefore the body awareness activity is mostly on the floor or, in this case, on chairs, with a 5-iron for the pre and post-test "swing" and as a prop for some of the explorations.

Whole-Body Running and Walking is a two-day Feldenkrais based experience in improving body awareness in the realm of ambulating. Could be presented as two one-day sessions, e.g. consecutive weekends, if that suits your group better. Call to express interest, talk about cost, etc.
